(John 15:10 ESV) Dear Friends, Scripture tells us that if we keep God's commandments, we will abide in His love. I think this truth not only applies to individual Christians, but to nations and their leaders as well. It is the intent of this essay to prompt the reader to examine not only their personal walk with the LORD, but to also examine our newly elected president's walk with the LORD (or lack of a walk with Him.) In this essay, I want to take a look at the Scriptural qualifications we are to use when choosing a civil leader.
