Reaping the Fruit of Feminism

By Angela Wittman Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that he will also reap. Gal. 6:7 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Ephesians 5:22,23 Dear Friends, This article is written mostly for my sisters in Christ who are struggling with the fruit of feminism. What is the fruit of feminism? Discontentment Broken marriages Depression The murder of preborn babies by abortion Couples living together without marriage Fornication and adultery Homosexuality Suicide Neglected and abused children Unemployment and loss of jobs for men I firmly believe that we can trace these ills of society to feminism. Feminism is a radical transformation of our culture. Traditional families are to be destroyed, and as a result lives are lost through disease, suicide and abortion. Do you think I may be exaggerating a bit? Here are some excer

Love the LORD with all your heart

By Angela Wittman Working so hard at the things that you believe in, No one can tear you away. But don't you lose sight of the very one who calls you, You may be sorry some day, some day. For wood, hay and stubble, will all burn up in the fire. But to love the Lord with all your heart, should be your one desire. Love the Lord. (Taken from Unless the Lord Builds the House , by Keith Green; released in 1980 [Copyright Sparrow Corporation]) Dear Friends, This essay is written with great love and tribute to the Lord of my life who suffered on the cross to make atonement for my sins and who has imputed His righteousness to me for all eternity. Many of you do not know that I have recently undergone quite an extensive pruning -- a refining in which the LORD burnt away much of the dross in my life. The result was quite devastating to my self-esteem and self-confidence. I felt as though the ground beneath my feet had given way and I was dangling in mid-air. I did not know what to do or w

Why I am a Christian Independent

By Angela Wittman Dear Friends, It has come to my attention that there is some speculation as to why I resigned my position as the co-chair(lady) of the Constitution Party of Illinois. Let me set the record straight, as there have been false assumptions and presumptions, which leads to deception. My resignation in January of 2005 did not come easily as I had worked tirelessly since the year 2001 to raise awareness of the Constitution Party in Illinois. I spent my spare time attending gun shows, protesting at abortion clinics, attending debates, writing letters "to the editor" of Illinois newspapers and attending public functions and meetings on behalf of the party. I thought I had found a new political home as I had seen the compromise of the Republican party and knew in my heart I could no longer support them or their candidates in good conscience. I then came under scrutiny by some of the National Constitution Party leaders for my religious beliefs. I am under the impressio

Standing in the gap

March 31, 2005 Dear Friends for LIFE, Tomorrow morning I plan to be a witness against murder at the Planned Parenthood death camp in St. Louis, Missouri, (located at the corner of Forest Park and Boyle Avenues.) I will be standing in the gap for the helpless, weak and infirmed -- those whom the social engineers feel are not productive workers and therefore are to be exterminated like vermin. I have read several pleas for a period of fasting and prayer. I think this is good as the LORD spared Nineveh when they turned to Him in repentance with fasting and prayer. But please remember that part of repentance is taking action to not do the things you did before and to do those things which you neglected to do in the past. I pray you will make a commitment now to stand in the gap for the helpless, weak and infirmed. The best place to start is on the sidewalk in front of your local abortuary. If you need encouragement or information, please contact me. If I cannot help you or answer your ques

Just whose fault is it anyway?

by Angela Wittman ...Nehemiah cared nothing for the applause of men and was totally unwilling to compromise the mission he had undertaken for God. The paganism Nehemiah feared was not the paganism of the pagans; it was the paganism of his own people. (Confronting Paganism, In The Presence of God by R.C. Sproul) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14 Dear Friends, Since becoming a Christian twelve years ago, I have been aware of a serious illness plaguing the Church. At first I did not know what to do about it or if I should even say anything, as I was such an ignorant new convert. Who was I to question the church leaders and/or their wives? You can imagine my feelings of intimidation, as they would recite Scripture from memory and sing hymns without even looking at their hymnals. On the other hand, I could not recite the books of the Old or New Testament, much less entire p

Saving 'these little ones' in St. Louis

Street Report: St. Louis, Mo. 2.12.05 Dear Friends for LIFE, Praise the LORD for the opportunity to share this street report about the abortion mill [Planned Parenthood] located on Forest Park and Boyle Avenues in St. Louis, Missouri. I am blessed to share this time in service to the LORD with you. At this baby killing facility there are iron bars around the perimeter of the building and parking lot. They try to prevent the customers from hearing and seeing the truth about what goes on inside the building; but the LORD is good and we have access to those pulling in the parking lot, as there is only one point of entry. Lovely Anne, who has been on the streets witnessing against abortion since 1986, greets the potential Planned Parenthood clientele with fresh cut flowers and an armful of Gospel tracts, abortion facts and New Testaments. We also have several saints who hold the graphic aborted baby signs while others stand and pray or distribute literature to those driving down the s

Is it really 'All or Nothing'? ABSOLUTELY!

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. (Matthew 16:24, 25 KJV) Dear Friends, Have you made a radical commitment to Christ? Are you determined to deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Jesus? Have you lost your life for His sake and, as a consequence, found new life in Him? I pray you have as none of us can resist or escape the call of the LORD upon our lives. Just as there is no compromise or exception when following Jesus, there can be no compromising or exceptions to abolish the murder of babies in the womb. We may win a few battles incrementally, but to win the war being waged against the preborn babies, we must outlaw all murder via abortion. Regulation of abortion is not the solution and it will not save the lives of these little ones. A friend recently asked me to read about Eli

Seeing Through Eyes of Faith

by Angela Wittman "Be of good cheer, Master Ridley, and play the man, for we shall this day light such a candle in England as I trust by God's grace shall never be put out." (Bishop Hugh Latimer's last words before he was burned at the stake for his faith on October 16, 1555.) And what shall I more say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions. Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens...And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

'The LORD Liveth'

By Angela Wittman The LORD liveth; and blessed be my rock; and let the God of my salvation be exalted. (Psalm 18:46, KJV) Dear Friends, Please share in my joy as I give praise to the God of my salvation and declare to all that 'the LORD liveth' and He does indeed bless those who trust in Him. This praise report is written as a thank you to all the saints who stand in the gap and witness against abortion at the child murder centers in their communities. Please know you are making a difference and you are much loved by our Father in Heaven and this sister in Christ Jesus. May God bless you and cause His face to continually shine upon you for your faithfulness. December 4, 2004 Yesterday at Planned Parenthood in St. Louis, Missouri, we had a mom and dad to leave the mill and as they were pulling out of the parking lot, the mom shouted, "I didn't do it!" She was smiling and waving at us. Then right before we were getting ready to pray as a group and leave for the da

Abiding in Christ

By Angela Wittman Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. (2 Timothy 3:12) Dear Friends, The recent arrest of a group of Christians here in America has compelled me to write to the Church in America about abiding in Christ and the inevitable persecution this will bring. The recent persecution I am referring to is the arrest of eleven Christians, which took place in the city of "brotherly love" commonly known as Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group of Christians had gone to the annual homosexual event called "Outfest" (which covers a 15-block downtown area) to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The engagement of our culture as modeled by the Repent America group in Philadelphia is what we all are called to do, if we are true disciples of Jesus Christ. Here is an excerpt of the November 15, 2004 press release, Preliminary Hearing Set for Christians Charged with Hate Crimes as released by Repent America: They [the Repent America gro

Keeping Score?

By Angela Wittman "If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love." (John 15:10 ESV) Dear Friends, Scripture tells us that if we keep God's commandments, we will abide in His love. I think this truth not only applies to individual Christians, but to nations and their leaders as well. It is the intent of this essay to prompt the reader to examine not only their personal walk with the LORD, but to also examine our newly elected president's walk with the LORD (or lack of a walk with Him.) In this essay, I want to take a look at the Scriptural qualifications we are to use when choosing a civil leader. We can then see if we have chosen a man to lead our country with spiritual qualifications that are in accordance with God's Word: Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thous

A Sense of Urgency

By Angela Wittman "Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it." Patrick Henry, March 23, 1775. Dear Friends, As I reflect upon the words of Founding Father Patrick Henry, I cannot help but be compelled with a sense of urgency to lay all aside to warn the citizens of this nation that time is short and we must take action to save our Republic. The recent following example of free speech being denied will alert you that our First Amendment Right is under at

Have We Forgotten The Name of the LORD Our God?

By Angela Wittman And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. (Deuteronomy 6:5 - KJV) Dear Friends, When I heard that Imam Izak-El M. Pasha, the Muslim chaplain of the New York City Police Department, delivered the National Republican Convention invocation I was very dismayed at the lack of righteous indignation, little complaint or outcry from the Christian community. In fact, I have been listening for an outcry against President Bush hosting the annual Iftaar Dinner in the Whitehouse for almost four years now and the silence from the majority of evangelical Christians is deafening. Praise the LORD! I am hearing condemnation for the Islamic terrorists who tortured, maimed and killed the precious children in Russia. But what I am not hearing is an overwhelming outcry against those who are torturing, maiming and killing unwanted children in the womb (and sometimes, just barely out of the womb.) If we were truly outraged o

For these little ones

by Angela Wittman "And whoever gives one of these little ones only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward." (Matthew 10:42) Dear Friends for LIFE and Freedom, As I look around at the callous and cold hearts of those committing carnage of humanity called reproductive freedom or choice, I am reminded of the missionary Amy Carmichael and the tract she wrote called "The Cry of the Blood:" The tom-toms thumped on all night, and the darkness shuddered round me like a living, feeling thing. I could not go to sleep, so I lay awake and looked; and it seemed like this: That I stood on a grassy sward, and at my feet a precipice broke sheer down into infinite space. I looked, but saw no bottom; only coiled shapes, black and furiously coiled, and great shadow-shrouded hollows, and unfathomable depths. Back I drew, dizzy at the depth. Then I saw forms of people moving single file along the grass. They were mak
